General Rental Conditions
The
agreement between the parties to this deed may in no case
benefit, even partially, third parties, natural or legal persons, except
written agreement of the owner. Any infringement of the latter paragraph would be
likely to result in the immediate termination of the tenancy at the expense of the
the rental proceeds remaining definitively acquired by the
owner.
Cancellation
by the tenant:
In the event of government measures prohibiting travel following
COVID 19 pandemic, cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the day
of the finish.
Any
cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner at the most
15 days before the start of the enjoyment. The deposit paid will be returned to
100% if the cancellation occurs 1 month before the day of arrival. Any
Cancellation between one month and fifteen days before arrival will result in the loss of
50% deposit, the entire amount of the stay will be forfeited for any
Cancellation less than fifteen days before arrival. If the stay is shortened by
the tenant and if the landlord's liability is not called into question,
