General Rental Conditions

The agreement between the parties to this deed may in no case benefit, even partially, third parties, natural or legal persons, except written agreement of the owner. Any infringement of the latter paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the tenancy at the expense of the the rental proceeds remaining definitively acquired by the owner.

Cancellation by the tenant:

In the event of government measures prohibiting travel following COVID 19 pandemic, cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the day of the finish.

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner at the most 15 days before the start of the enjoyment. The deposit paid will be returned to 100% if the cancellation occurs 1 month before the day of arrival. Any Cancellation between one month and fifteen days before arrival will result in the loss of 50% deposit, the entire amount of the stay will be forfeited for any Cancellation less than fifteen days before arrival. If the stay is shortened by the tenant and if the landlord's liability is not called into question, The rental price remains with the owner. No Reimbursement.

Cancellation by the owner:

In If the rental is cancelled by the owner, the owner will refund the the amount of the deposit received.

Arrival / Departure:

The rentals are made from the day of arrival at 4 p.m. to the day of departure before 11 a.m. hours, unless previously agreed, in which case the conditions will be stipulated.

Payment :

50% of the total amount of the rental must be paid upon signing this contract. Payments are to be paid by bank transfer or cheque. When communicating the transfer, please indicate your Reservation nameas well than the date of your stay.

Status Places and inventory:

The state premises and inventory of furniture and equipment will be made at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner or his representative and the tenant.

These documents will bear the signature of both parties. This inventory constitutes the The only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures. The state of cleanliness will be accepted by the tenant at the time of entry into the premises.

Even if the cleaning option is mandatory, the tenant must tidy up the entire kitchen, have done the dishes, Empty all garbage cans and dumps
