The accommodation:
This house, typical of the architecture of Vosges farms at the end of the 19th century, offers large living spaces on 160 m², accessible by a magnificent staircase, the real centerpiece of the building.
Ideally located just 4 minutes from Lake Gérardmer and 18 km from La Bresse, it is the perfect setting for holidays with family or friends.
The living room, warm and inviting, has a fireplace, a large sofa and various ottomans. It is equipped with cable TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the house.

The house also includes two en-suite bathrooms. The first, upstairs, has a bathtub and a shower cubicle, with several storage cupboards for everyone's toiletries as well as towel rails. The second bathroom, adjoining the master bedroom, is equipped with a walk-in shower and can be used privately or shared with other residents.

The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 14 people and has a china cabinet for 20 people, ideal for convivial meals.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area and offers everything you need: dishwasher, 6-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer, as well as all the crockery and utensils you need to prepare your meals.

Five spacious bedrooms are available: four upstairs and one downstairs, for a total of 14 people, including 4 children.
• One bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).
• One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm).
• Two family rooms, with loft beds (2 x 140 cm), can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).
• The fifth bedroom, the largest, has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
A cot with bedding and two high chairs are also available.

The private car park, spread over two levels, allows you to park your vehicles in complete safety. The garden, crossed by the Cleurie river, is embellished with a terrace that overlooks this green space, offering an ideal setting for moments of conviviality in summer.
Additional equipment includes raclette and fondue sets, a WEBER Génésis barbecue, a hairdryer, a washing machine and an ironing board.

Bed linen and towels are available as an option for €15 per person.

Your four-legged friends are welcome, as long as they are well educated (please note that the grounds are not fenced).
